What does that mean? It means that Hacienda considers and confirms that the ticket you scanned and uploaded in billage is “completely legal”. It means that, once it has been introduced in the tool, it is not modified any further and its values are not changed.
So what happens now? You are free and you do not need to worry if you lose that ticket. Hacienda has confidence in us (which is something to celebrate for months) and once the ticket is scanned… Everything is ok!
Assign a category to your expenses (restaurants, taxis, etc.)
Knowing where each expense comes from will provide you with a general picture of what you are spending your money in. Because of that, you can now assign categories to your expenses as soon as you scan them and upload them into your invoice management system.
Make a list of the categories you use most often: food, travel, stationery… And every time you upload a ticket, assign it to its corresponding category. - Open your billage app in your mobile phone.
- Access the Invoicing – Expenses area and… Scan your ticket! (You only need the picture camera in your cell phone).
- Once it is scanned, the solution will guide you on how to manage those expenses in the invoicing area.
- Add the corresponding data for the expense, such as its concept, its amount and the category it belongs to.
- If you prefer, add information on the task it is associated to and… There you are. You have just managed your ticket.
